Hope for Moving Forward for ALL

Being in Boulder, Colordao during a "No Kings" day showed me SO many things:

• No matter what "side" you're on (unless actions come from a state of mental illness), ALL people simply want to be FREE to LIVE and love as they choose...

  
  

  ...But even with the best of intentions, no amount of trying to control or limit others, will ever provide long-term solutions at a personal OR global level, as humans can only tolerate their rights and freedoms being limited for so long until something breaks.

  
  

• To ALL things there IS a season, and it is far better to feel empowered in whatever way works for YOU than to feel powerless.

  
  

• Having a sense of community with shared values and knowing you are not alone can make a world of difference in your well-being and longevity; and it is ultimately your personal community that determines the tone and feel of your day-to-day life.

  
  

• When any individual chooses to operate from a place of calm, clarity, and love, and does whatever they can to feed well-being, kindness, respect, abundance, and alignment, THIS is the place and the state of being that is MOST conducive to finding REAL solutions, staying connected to the BIG picture of life, and being a powerful, helpful influence for positive change.

As many of you know, I am one of those sensitive souls who feel very deeply...

...And as a result, unless I pause to do the work to solidify my energy and intentions, being in multiple types of environments filled with a vast sea of others' emotions and thoughts can really take a toll on my day-to-day experience. This is why time spent with nature and beauty is true medicine, why my quiet time and inner circle of friends are truly sacred, and why I love to do all I can to surround myself with light-filled, leading-edge thoughts and like-minded, visionary thinkers.
